Children and Extra Beds

All children are welcome. Free of charge!

• One child from 0 to 7 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
• One older child or adult is charged an extra bed.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
• Additional charges are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid separately during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy: 100% of the first night may be charged anytime after booking.

If the reservation is canceled or modified up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If the reservation is canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Complaints Policy

Complaints regarding the quality of the tourist services provided will be made on the spot, throughout the tourists’ stay at Villa Prato. Complaints subsequent to the end of the stay will not be taken into account.

Complaints regarding damage caused by theft, destruction or damage to goods brought by the client to the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel no later than one hour from the date of discovery of the event.

Privacy Policy

All credit card details are encrypted when transmitted to the hotel.

Credit card details are stored by Villa Prato only for the purpose of collecting and guaranteeing the reservation. After the credit card authorization operation is carried out, the information is deleted from the database.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with LAW no. 677 of 21 November 2001 (*updated*) for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
